Heather Roemmich, with 18 years of experience in real estate, has worked in every fascette of the real estate industry from investors to luxury buyers and commercial clients. She lead a team of agents selling bank owned properties before moving in to a corporate role. Starting as an admin and climbing to COO of her previous company, she helped expand the brokerage to over 20 states and played a key role in the merger with a national real estate firm. Her real passion lies in building efficient systems and coaching agents to take their business to the next level. Whether it’s streamlining processes or unlocking new potential, she thrives on creating success stories.

Heather created LEAD Real Estate Collab because she sees the need for leadership and community amongst real estate agents. Together, agents who are coached and collaborate together sell more homes and build more successful businesses.

Now, the founder and CEO of Lead Collab Co. and CEO of The Realty Group, Coastal Virginia, Heather is able to help agents grow their business through coaching or joining her real estate team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her partner, Kristin, and their kids Brayden and Adalyn.
